People having the power to deliver great speech can create wonder in work place. That’s why it is a quintessential requirement for one to be a good speaker to excel in work place. #1 Be spontaneous

Not every speech is delivered with full preparation. If you have to be a great speaker, you got to be spontaneous. Impromptu performance beats preparation. Open up your heart and speak out . Audience likes spontaneous thought process delivered which are not scripted .

#2 Have eye contact during your speech

You need to have proper eye contact with your audience. If you simply just give for the sake of speaking, your content won’t have an impact on your audience. You need to make proper eye contact with your audience and make the audience glued to your lecture.

#3 Address your audience

You need to address your audience while speaking. Audience should know that you are not talking to the walls of the conference room. The more you address your audience, the more captivating your speech becomes.

#4 Ask questions in the middle of your speech

You must ask questions to your audience so that they should not get bored in any point of time. That would make a good interaction with your audience. Question answer sessions make the audience realize you are well aware of the knowledge you are presenting .

#5 Be clear and loud while delivering your speech

Your voice must be clear and loud. Your voice must reach every audience in the hall. If your voice doesn’t reach your audience , the purpose of your speech will not be served. I know initially there will be shyness when come to the dias. But believe me, you need to conquer your fear and start speaking in confidence. Only practice and experience will eliminate your stage fear.

#6 Answer with aplomb

Just as you ask questions to your audience, similarly get ready to answer the questions from the audience. You should be confident while answering . You should not fumble or give false information. Say the right answer if you know it but if you are unaware of the answer, simply say you do not have the full information in place. Remember never fool the audience as there will some smarter people sitting in front of you .Be yourself and you will be just fine.
