How to Change your life for the better ?

We all want a better lifestyle, comfort and happiness in life. Life itself is a marathon. Not everyone can live in their own terms. The big mistake is that we tend to follow other people, we want to have the same luxury and comfort as other people. But is it feasible to think in this way? Remember there is a saying the grass is greener on the other side. Don’t think some one is rich doesn’t mean he/she is always leading a happy life. Every person has to face challenges and overcome them. The main thing I wanna say is you can be the boss of your own life if you stop comparing yourself with others. You need to change your life for your own good and that can be done without emulating others. You can definitely change your life for better and the steps are as follows.

#1 Strong focus

If we want our life to be in right direction, we need focus. Our lack of focus leads to anomalies in life. We blame everyone around us. This is just for our own satisfaction. We must accept our fault .Lack of concentration will never help you complete a task. We need to build strong focus at whatever task we do. Staying focussed in life is not an easy task .It requires willpower, determination and indomitable thirst to succeed in life. This is the basic step to change your life for better.

#2 Developing a positive mindset

A positive mindset is all you need to overcome any fear, apprehensions. Life is unpredictable , we cannot live in fear all throughout our life. Developing a positive frame of mind is required to change your life for better. Sometimes we are down in energy and lose hope. It is quite natural we get bogged down at certain time when things go haywire. We need to be positive in our approach, thought process, optimistic in every phase of life. Yes, circumstances sometimes will go against you but remember every cloud has a silver lining.

#3 Stop comparing yourself

As already mentioned in the beginning, it’s in the human nature to compare. We always compare with people , our friends, colleagues on basis of anything.
Who is leading a better life and having a better job ? Why am I not more talented than him? These questions pop in our mind making our life restless. The answer to these questions lies within you. If you stop comparing, your mind will free from these frivolous thoughts. These questions make no sense. Everyone is unique in this world. People have both merits and demerits. Everyone has good times and bad times, everyone faces success and failures.

Some people are fortunate to find love and get married early, some people are not fortunate enough to find love. Some people are successful in their jobs, careers , some are not. That does not mean people not fortunate enough to find love or find successful careers in life are losers. It is just that they should not lose hope and have to wait for right time and opportunity. Patience rewards and definitely they will be rewarded at some point in life if they don’t lose hope and work hard on their weakness.

#4 Disciplined life style:

Disciplined life style is a must to make your life better. Displicine depends on how you define your life style. Discipline doesn’t always mean you need to put up an alarm clock and get up early in the morning.The thing that matters is how much productive you are at the end of the day.A late riser can be more productive than the person waking up early in the morning. If a certain life style makes you more productive , you follow that provided it should not be inimical to your health. Definitely sleeping early at night and waking up early makes a person healthy and productive. But not all cannot follow the fixed disciplined routine to change his/her life. Everyone must follow the lifestyle suited for his life and work and stringently follow to real happiness and prosperity in life.

#5 Move On from Your Past

In order to lead a happy life and change it for better, one must move on from his/her past. Whatever past you may have, sweet or bitter, you need to keep it aside and start a new journey coz life itself is journey and teach you new lessons. Pondering around bad memories won’t take you anywhere. Bad memories will only give you pain.I know the bad memories cannot be forgotten but think it as a bad dream and simply move on in life.

#6 Acceptance of failure:

Acceptance of failure is very hard to digest when you put so much effort in something you thought you deserved more than anybody. The hard truth is that not everyone is destined to achieve whatever he or she wants to achieve.When you fail in the process, you think you world is doomed but that’s not the fact my deal friend, life is all about choices and derive powerful beliefs to achieve success in life.Successful people in the world always have failed in their intial attempts miserable.Unless you fail, you won’t learn from your mistakes.

#7 Healthy habits:

One must develop heathy habits to feel motivated . It can be exercise, yoga , meditation, dancing , learning music ,cooking and so many other things. The habits will change your life and make your life productive. Eliminate bad habits and inculcate these good and healthy habits to maintain a balanced lifestyle

#8 Life goals :

Setting up life goals is necessary to make a successful change in your life. You need to set up life goals and have proper vision to achieve them in life. This will change your life in a positive way.

#9 You can’t keep everyone happy around you

This is very important . You must enjoy your life to the fullest and at the same time don’t expect everyboady to shower praises upon you. There will always be people who will feel jealous of your success, achievement and never appreciate your good deeds, hard work. You should never heed on their discussion and don’t try hard to make them happy.Have your own trustable social circle with whom you can share your happiness, sadness and lead your life.

#10 Love Unconditionally

You should love your near and dear ones who have always been there for you throughout your life – during your success and also failure .Never hurt their feelings ever.They can be your parents,friends,teachers , philosophers, your guru , anybody who has played a pivotal role to shape your life for your good.
